Horsemanship Clinics

Horsemanship is a lifelong journey

Coming Into Balance:
Exploring Relationships Through Horsemanship

In Balanced Horsemanship, we explore the practical and intangible sides of horsemanship to improve your communication and partnership with your horse.

Through bodywork, groundwork, and riding exercises, you will:

  • Gain awareness of your body language and what it communicates to your horse.

  • Recognize how your thoughts and emotions affect your connection with your horse.

  • Explore your energetic connection with your horse.

The beautiful part (an added bonus, if you will!!) is that this work with horses directly transfers to our important relationships with humans.

“I had no idea what to expect when I signed up…and really just hoped to improve my training abilities. Instead, I had an amazing life experience. The clinic helped me deepen my training abilities by helping me better understand myself and my leadership. The experience was profound on an emotional and spiritual level, and I know it has and will continue to improve my relationships with horses and humans for years to come!”

Equine Bodywork for the Horse Owner

Are you interested in learning more about your horse’s physical well-being and how you can help them feel at their best and maintain flexibility and suppleness?

Join us for a day of learning basic massage strokes, acupressure points, and stretches that can help your horse become more relaxed and thus more fluid in their movement.

Horsemanship Clinics

Are you looking for tools to improve your connection and communication with your horse?

Does your horse lack ground manners, pushing in on your space?

Do you have trouble loading your horse into the trailer?

Do you feel like you have to pull on your horse while riding to get where you want to go, or that you have to ‘peddle’ him down the trail?

If any of this sounds like you and your horse, join us for our horsemanship clinics. I teach and train my horses based on the natural horsemanship philosophy - working to understand how the horse thinks so that I can communicate with it more effectively.

“I would take this clinic again and again if I could (and maybe I will!) as there is so much to learn, to carry with me. The flow of each day, and combination of horse bodywork, ground work, and time in the saddle was perfect. The learning space created was profound. Thank You.”
